New Patient Information

New Patients are always welcome!

Our fees are reasonable and fair.

If you are using insurance for partial payment of our fees, please bring your insurance card with you. We participate with most CDPHP, MVP and NYS The Empire Plan (United Health Care). We bill Medicare on behalf of our Medicare patients but we do not accept assignment of benefits from Medicare.

We do NOT participate with Highmark, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, No-Fault or Worker's Compensation.

We will do our best to inform you of your benefits.

We only recommend services that are needed to get you well in the least amount of time with the fewest possible visits.

If you have recent x-rays, MRIs or other imaging studies on CD from previous doctors, please bring those with you. If you have any written reports, please bring them as well.

Chiropractic "maintenance" care is not a covered benefit under any insurance plan. We do not submit to insurance for wellness or maintenance care visits. Most patients find our fees very affordable for wellness and maintenance care.

We offer other services that are not covered by insurance, such as nutritional consultations. More information is available, just ask.

*Please note that Medicaid does not cover chiropractic care in the state of New York. Our cash fees are reasonable and many Medicaid recipients find our care plans very affordable.
